Free delivery on orders over £50.00 and under 25kg weight

Sherwood Mica Hardware only deliver to the UK, (the Channel Islands, the Isle Man and the Scottish islands may incur additional charges). All deliveries must be signed for (except items sent by the Royal Mail and are which are small enough to be put through your letter box). Please make sure you keep your receipt enclosed with the goods.

When you add products to your shopping basket the appropriate delivery charge will be added automatically. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your valued order.

All delivery timescales are subject to product & delivery slot availability.  Small parcels may be delivered by Royal Mail.  Delivery is normally next working day, subject to availability.  However delivery may take up to five working days.

The contents of your order and your delivery postcode are will determine which delivery service you will be offered.  We do not deliver to PO Boxes or shipping agents addresses.

Delivery will be between the hours of 0700 – 1800 but we are unable to confirm a time slot.

Sherwood Mica will select the most appropriate carrier.  This means that your delivery may arrive in more than on consignment to ensure the quickest and cheapest possible way for your delivery.

Whilst every reasonable effort will be made to keep to the quoted delivery date, time of delivery shall not be the essence and Sherwood Mica will not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet the quoted delivery date & time.

The risk in the goods shall pass from the Company to the customer on delivery of such goods to the customer.

Deliveries will be attempted to your chosen address on the following day if the first delivery was unsuccessful.  If your delivery was unsuccessful then a card will be left at your address allowing you to contact the delivery service and arrange a collection.

If you cannot collect your goods within five days then it will be returned to Sherwood Mica.  All returned goods to Sherwood Mica will be refunded via the method of payment but you will incur a charge for the attempted deliveries.

Postage

You will only pay one deliver charge per order, which will be the highest dependant on the contents of your order and your chosen delivery service.  When you have added items to your shopping basket the standard delivery charge for those products will be automatically applied to your order.

The delivery charge is based on a contract price by the UK Royal Mail of £8.75 per package from 1kg to 30kg .

Force Majeure

Sherwood Mica shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods that you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to the goods that is delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

Returns

If you need to return a product purchased from Sherwood Mica then you have 28 days to do so.  Please note: Returns will only be accepted if they have been approved in advance by a member of Sherwood Mica.  Please contact our customer service for authorisation prior to returning the item.  Any items returned without such authorisation will be returned to you at your cost.

The returned goods must be in their original state being packaged in their original box and any goods or accessories must accompany the returned product.

If the return is due to missing or faulty parts we will offer a full refund on condition that we are made fully aware of this within five working days.

Any refund which is due to a fault or other defect will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.

This returns policy will not affect your legal rights in any way.

Cancellation Of Orders

You are able to cancel your order prior to shipping with no cost penalty being incurred (and a full credit to your account if monies have already been taken).  You may cancel an order by contacting us via our Enquiry Form by telephone to 01630 655911.

All orders taken before 1500 hours will be processed and shipped by 1700 hours the same day whenever possible.
